Grant Request Form

Use this form to request the release of funds from your project's restricted charitable account held by Horsetooth Organization.

Once donations have been received, approved fiscally sponsored projects may request funding for eligible expenses that directly support the charitable purpose of their project. Each request is reviewed to ensure that the proposed expense aligns with your approved project budget, the terms of your Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement, and Horsetooth Organization's policies.

Please complete this form as thoroughly as possible and attach any supporting documentation, such as invoices, receipts, contracts, estimates, or other relevant materials. Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Submitting a Grant Request does not guarantee approval or immediate payment. Horsetooth Organization retains legal discretion over all charitable funds and reviews each request before funds are released.
