Apply for Fiscal Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Horsetooth Organization. Our Fiscal Sponsorship Program exists to help filmmakers and artists raise tax-deductible donations while benefiting from the oversight and support of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

To begin the application process, please submit the following materials:

• Fiscal Sponsorship Application completed in full

• Project Budget outlining anticipated income and expenses

• Project Timeline with major production milestones

• Project Synopsis describing your project and its mission

• Production Team listing key cast, crew, and project leadership

• Fundraising Goal including the amount you intend to raise and how the funds will be used

• Proof of Insurance (when applicable), such as general liability or production insurance

• Signed Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement

Once your application has been received, Horsetooth Organization will review your materials to ensure your project aligns with our charitable mission and fiscal sponsorship policies. Approved projects will be presented to our Board of Directors for final approval.

After approval, your project will become an officially sponsored program of Horsetooth Organization. You will fill out:

• Signed Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement

You'll then receive access to tax-deductible fundraising through our nonprofit, donor receipt processing, and a structured grant distribution process to help fund your production.

We encourage applicants to provide thorough and accurate information. A complete application allows us to review your project more efficiently and begin supporting your fundraising efforts as quickly as possible.
